Book Reviews - PLEASE READ

Thanks to Sid for suggesting a book review section, which I had actually been toying with - see it's always good to suggest something and kick me into action.

Please ensure that you have one thread per book, and in the subject for the thread have Name of Book and Author.

If possible, please can subject starter please also advise where it was bought, how much and the ISBN number, and what level (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced/Adventourous)

Please can you ensure that the thread has an open poll, with the following options:

Poll question: Please rate the book on a scale of 1-10 (1=Poor, 10=Excellent)
