Red Castle have a number of free downloadable printing programmes.
I find the Tag printing programme really useful, some of the shapes are a little stange (Bow Ties???) but as you can adjust the size to whatever you like you can print trading cards, bunting, gang tags, inchies etc. Print your 'tags' onto cardstock and paint, ink, collage on the reverse and then follow the handy cutting lines. They also have others you can buy but I've never tried those. (Sorry if this is a duplicate post I did a search for red castle before posting but couldn't find anything.)
