Here are the rules:

1. Potential Hosts must first contact one of the forums moderators via PM and have their swap approved before posting. Maintaining contact with participants is the sole responsibility of the host as is the acceptance of participants.

2. Each participants must submit the following information to the host via PM upon sign-up to ensure contact is maintained:

Full name and postal address

3. Anyone signing up should ensure that they have considered their commitment to the swap and to meeting submission dates before they sign-up.

4. Details of the swap, dates and list of participants along with a state of play must be maintained by the host on the first post of the swap thread for easy reference for all involved.
