oooh, this looks like a really interesting thread! I love moulds and have just put on my blog that I am rerunning the on-line course I did. I have loads of moulds, both bought and homemade, that I have built up over the years so I would be happy to make items to send to people to take moulds from, or to do swaps of moulds,
Lucy x P.S. I replied to sit about Memento reinker earlier and it didn't appear so not sure if there is a gremlin somewhere!

Sorry I can't help you there - I'll look to see if I can find a crown that I can make a mould from though - tomorrow when I am back home

I'd be delighted to make you a crown mould, Effie. Also I saw you like the Paperboy stamps. Let me know if you want some stamped up.
My moulds course is still available on-line - I think this thread was a year ago, lol! Lucy x

I have a spare crown mould (5.5 cm wide) Effie, I can bring to Ally Pally tomorrow, unless Lucy's already made you one. Also have some other smaller crowns (3 cm wide) made from friendly plastic that you can make moulds from yourself.

That makes sense, Alison, if you are seeing Effie tomorrow. I have a large crown I could post to you to mould and let me know if you want me to stamp out some Paperboy images. I can do them on tissue paper if you want,
Lucy x

Trying to make up my mind whether to go to Ally Pally on Saturday or not. Shouldn't be spending any money at all at the mo, as I still owe the first third of this year's mooring fee for my boat, plus the petrol for the journey wont come cheap! Not sure I could go round a whole show without spending a bean, but would love to meet up with other UKS people! Have made a note of the 12 o'clock meet-up, and I will wear the jewellery I showed on UKS, if I do go. I will also have a rucksack on my back.
Oops! Wrong thread! Last edited by Christine; 12-04-2013 at 11:54 AM. Reason: posted on wrong thread! Should have been on Ally Pally! |
